Low Carb/Keto pizza crust

Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 oz Cream Cheese 1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning3/4 cup Almond Flour 6 oz shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Add cheeses, almond flour and Italian seasoning to a microwave safe bowl. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring midway.
Add egg and incorporate fully.

Put dough on parchment paper covered pan, place a piece of cling wrap over dough and press out into an 11" circle, remove cling wrap and pierce dough with a fork, so you will not get bubbles while baking. Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes.
Put desired toppings on the crust and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
