awesome recipe! tasted great and even my picky 4 year old enjoyed it! instead of using wild rice which takes forever to cook, I just used brown rice. - 10/24/08

I forgot to put the olive oil in but this is a fabulous dish. i try to have at least one meatless meal every week. I'm going to serve this over a bed of lettuce often! Thanks for posting.
ps. the colder it is, and letting it sit at least several hours, brings out the flavors. - 7/23/12

Fantastic salad! I will make it again. I just have to remember to cook the wild rice ahead of time. lol - 8/10/10

This was pure heaven! We served it at a family meal that included vegans, veggies and omni's. Was even better the second and third day as leftovers. - 12/22/08

So delicious! I left out the cilantro and added green onions and it was still great! I thought it was best after is sat a few hours in the fridge :) - 1/25/17

This was very delicious, I also forgot to put the olive oil in and don't miss it at all. The only change I made is to sub parsley for the cilantro since I don't like the taste of cilantro. Will make again for sure! - 8/31/14

I started by cooking 1/2 C. wild rice and then adding it to the other ingredients. LOVE the salad! - 5/3/09

Wonderful recipe. We did a little variation with no onion (allergies) and a rice mix with brown, red, and wild rice. - 4/17/09

i made this salad as a side with honey glazed chicken. my sister who hates onions with a passion gobbled it up and raved about it all night. it was delicious! would be great for a barbeque or picnic. - 7/13/08
