Chochip chip cookiedough fat bombs

Ingredients
8 oz Cream Cheese 1/ to 3/4 cup Water8 tbsp Bell Plantation PB2 2 serving Baker's unsweetened baking chocolate bar (crushed)1 stick Butter, unsalted
Directions
Soften cream cheese and butter.
Mix well.
Add PB2 and about 1/2 water. Mixture should be creamy and thick but not too thick.

Add crushed chocolate and put into freezer for about 15 minutes.

I use a 10 x 13 baking pan. Add parchment paper. Spoon onto pan. I do 10 across and 7 vertical for a total of 70 bite sized morsels. Freeze. Once they are frozen put into a freezer bag for a little snack or pick me up.
