14 oz Eckrich Polska Kielbasa (by CONWAYLUGE) 1.5 cup Beans, pinto, mature seeds, cooked, boiled, with salt 2 cup Spinach, fresh 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average .25 cup cilantro (fresh) (by MINDTHEGAP7) .5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 6 gram Bouilon - Knorr Beef (by REALROBIN46) 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

prepare beans or use left over beans or caned beans, then dice all ingredients and slice turkey sausage into bit size pieces . add to 3cps of water with bouillon. bring to boil, then simmer for 20 min
