1.0 tsp Tarragon, ground2.5 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 cup, seedless Grapes1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw1.0 tsp Granulated Sugar3.0 serving Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp1.0 serving Apple, Gala (medium)0.5 serving Yogurt 1 C Nonfat Greek Strained Yogurt Fage Brand1.0 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Boil two to 3 large skinless chicken breasts. While they are cooking, mix your dressing--1/2 cup yogurt, 3 Tbs light mayonnaise, 1tsp. tarragon, 1 tsp. sugar, 1Tbs.Apple cider or rice vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate. You may wish to add a tablespoon of milk to thin the dressing mix as well. Chop grapes, apple, celery and add to cooked shredded chicken. Add dressing and mix thoroughly.
Makes 6 3/4 cups servings.
