Rhonda's Potato Salad

Ingredients
3 serving Hellmann's , Real Mayonnaise, 3 Tbsp 2 tbsp Claussen Sweet Pickle Relish 1/2 chopped onion1 Russet Potatoe = 3 large servings or 4-1/4 cup servings
Directions
Peel and dice 1 medium russet potato. Boil in water 15 minutes or until tender. Strain potatoes and put in bowl with onion, mayonnaise and relish. Stir well and refrigerate. Eat it warm or cold. Great on crackers.
