Jack's Cucumber salad

Ingredients
4 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) .5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 8 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Honey .5 tsp Salt .5 tsp Pepper, black .5 tsp Garlic powder 2 tbsp Dill weed, dried
Directions
cut and peel cukes lengthwise and in slices
thinly slice onion
Place both in bowl
Whisk rest of ingerdients and add to veggies
Refrigerate for 2 + hours
