1 large Egg Yolk 1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 2/3 cup Butter, salted 1/4 t. serving Himalayan Pink Sea Salt 1 t. Lemon juice
Melt butter. Mix yolk and mustard. Pour butter in thin stream into yolk and mustard mixture while whisking until it thickens. Add lemon juice.
