2.0 slice Bread, whole wheat (including toast) prepared from recipe2.0 wedge (1.33 oz) Feta Cheese2.0 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average0.5 serving Avacado (1/2)
Directions
Put the sandwich together Heat up pan Put in your chosen cooking oil/butter in the pan. Throw the sandwich in there on one side for about a minute then flip it leave it for about a minute and its done!
