4.0 serving Aldi's Millville Quick Oats 1/2 cup dry = 1 cup cooked1.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh0.5 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt13.0 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g3.0 tsp Flaxseed, Bob's Red Mill Natural Raw Whole Flaxseed
Directions
Bring oats to simmer to thinken in water. Once tender add bananna, and peanut butter and seeds let cool and put in container, portion to serve
