Ingredients
0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Onion powder1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh4.0 tbsp Great value all natural sour cream1.0 serving Sweet Onion - medium, thinly sliced16.0 oz Beef, Stew - cut into bite size pieces, approx 1 lb16.0 oz Amish Country Narrow Noodles
Directions
Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain well. Return to pot. Cook onions and mushrooms in skillet until onions are transparent & mushrooms are dark. Set aside. In same skillet, season & brown beef. Add back onions & mushrooms to beef until thoroughly heated. Add mixture to noodles. Add sour cream. Stir. Add Parmesan. Stir. Serve immediately. Serving Size: Approx 1 cup - 1/6 of recipe
