Ingredients
1 pound fresh bean sprouts1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds 1 tsp honey 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce1 clove garlic (crushed)1/8 tsp red pepper flakes1 1/2 tbsp vegetable broth2 scallions, minced
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Add bean sprouts and cook 1 minute. Drain and shock immediately in a bowl of ice water.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl, drizzle over sprouts and toss.
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
