42 gram Simple truth organic quinoa (by KKRAMIREZ) 2 cup Chicken Broth, Simple Truth Organic Free Range, Fat Free (by SHELLYINOHIO) 1.25 tbsp Earth Balance - with Olive Oil (by MAFFERS1) 2 tsp Garlic powder 0.25 tsp Seasoning, Tony Chachere's, The Original Creole Seasoning (1/4 tsp, 1g) (by SPARKYWATSON) .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup 365 Black Beans no Salt Added (3 servings per can) (by SUN_CLAY) 1 cup Sweet Corn, Canned 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
Add broth and bring to boil for 1-2 minutes, then add in seasoning and any other ingredients for taste. Add in Quinoa and cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender or broth completely absorbed.
Serve avocado as a topping!
