Ingredients
3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 7 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 3 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black .05 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
1.Pre heat oven to 350 and bake chicken breasts for about 25-30 min., or until no longer pink. 2. Cut chicken into small pieces, dice celery & onion. 3. Combine chicken, Mayo, celery, onion and salt, pepper , garlic to taste. Serve on romaine lettuce leaves.
