Pork Pot Pie

Ingredients
12 oz Pork Loin Country Style Ribs (w/o bone) cooked and cut into 1/2 in" cubes (I used leftover ribs from a previous meal)1 can peas and carrots winn dixie can 1 can Mixed Vegetables, Winn Dixie 5 oz Dole Sliced Baby Portobello Mushrooms 1 9 oz box Jiffy Pie Crust Mix 1 15 oz Jar Classico Roasted Garlic Alfredo Pasta Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
If you using fresh ribs, you will need to cook them first (I used leftover's from a previous meal) Cut into 1/2 in cubes and place in large mixing bowl
Combine to meat, vegetables, mushrooms and Alfredo sauce, mix until everything is completely coated
Prepare pie crust as directed on package
place one crust on bottom of 9x13 casserole, pour in ingredients from mixing bowl, top with top crust (pierce with for to vent)
Back uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
Remove from oven and let rest for about 15 minutes before cutting into 6 pieces

Serving Size: 6 servings cut up in a 9x13 casserolle
