Slow Cooker Beef and Mushroom Burgundy

Ingredients
4 medium onions1.3 lbs stew meat (beef)1T all-purpose flour15 oz fresh mushrooms1 tsp salt 0.25 tsp marjoram0.25 tsp thyme.25 tsp black pepper1 cup beef broth 1.5 cup red cooking wine
Directions
Thinly slice the onions.

Slice the mushrooms.

Dredge the beef in the flour.

Place onions in slow cooker.

Layer beef over onions.

Add mushrooms and seasoning.

Pour in broth and wine.

Cover.

Cook 8-10 hours on low.
