Smoked Sausage and Perogies

Ingredients
24 MacMillan Potato and Cheddar Perogies 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 Simple choices Turkey Sausage , cut into bite sized pieces1 tbsp Butter, salted 2 cup Sauerkraut
Directions
Cook perogies according to package instructions. Drain. In a separate pan sauté the onions in butter until soft. Stir in the sausages and perogies. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with sour cream.
