Greek Salad

Ingredients
2 cup English cucumber (by MIS2101) 2 tbsp Parsley 1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 2 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 4 tbsp Black Olives, canned (small-extra large) 1.5 tblsp dried Greek oregano3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.5 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp 1 large clove garlic, chopped.25 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
Directions
Toss first 6 ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Sprinkle oregano on top. Gently mix in cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Wisk oil, vinegar and garlic together. Pour over vegies and gently stir.(Can be made 2 hours ahead. Let stand at room temperature.)
