4 serving Portobello Mushroom Cap (by LE_SIGH) 4 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Garlic powder
Mix the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush it onto each mushroom cap. Grill the caps in the oven starting with the ribbed side up on a wire stand over a cookie sheet on broil for about five minutes, Turn over and grill for about five more minutes with the cap sides up. Then, place one slice of swiss cheese on each cap and broil until the cheese is melted.
