4 cup, whole Cranberries 2 cup Apple juice, unsweetened 1 cup Maple Syrup, Pure Zest of 1 OrangeJuice of 1 Orange
1. Combine cranberries, apple juice, maple syrup, orange zest and orange juice in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat. Bring liquid to a boil.
2. Turn heat to medium-low and simmer about 18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries have "popped" and sauce starts to thicken.
3. Remove from heat and let cool to allow sauce to thicken more.
