Home made tomato sauce

Ingredients
2.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes4.0 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 serving Alcohol, Wine, Pinot Grigio 6oz6.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)1.0 dash Salt0.5 tsp Granulated Sugar4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 clove Garlic
Directions
To a hot skillet add oil and garlic, cut tomatoes in half add to skillet simmer down til tomatoes are soft and juicy, add pinot grigio wine, sliced mushrooms, add salt and sugar to taste and let simmer til it becomes a sauce.
