Mexican Style Cornbread Muffins

Ingredients
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Cornmeal, 2 cup Flour, whole grain, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Baking Powder, 1 tsp Milk, nonfat, .5 cup *Canola Oil, .5 cup Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped Garlic powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, pour into 2 - 12 cup muffin pans and bake for 35 min. Makes 24 muffins - 1 muffin per serving
