Zucchini noodle stir fry

2 large Zucchini, baby 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Brocolli raw 2 packet Teriyaki Sauce (1 tbsp) 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds 10 serving asperagus, Great Value Extra Long Spears (by GIVEN223)
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add onions, peppers and mushrooms and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until translucent and tender.
Stir in zucchini and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds; mix and continue to cook for 5 minutes, or until zucchini is tender.
Remove from heat.
Serve.
