Newcomb Chicken Salad

Ingredients
84 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast .75 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) .25 cup Yellow Mustard .33 cup Pickle Relish
Directions
Cook chicken (boil/pressure cook)

Shred chicken (I use the food processor and pulse until shredded but not mush)

Add remaining ingredients and mix together with chicken.

Portion into 1 cup servings for meal prep, or eat and store later.
