Green bean soup

Ingredients
4.0 tbsp Butter, salted74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw4.0 serving kroger brand frozen french style green beans 1 cup=serving1.0 large Onions, raw2.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw8.0 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free4.0 cube Chicken bouillon2.0 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat4.0 tbsp Cider Vinegar0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour3.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
Directions
Sauten onion and pepper in the butter till softened Add green beans, celery and carrot and cover with your broth and add bouillon cubes. Add a little qaree so the liquid is 3" above the vegetables. Simmer 30 min In a separate bowl whisk together sour cream and flour, adding a dash a milk to make a runny paste. Temper with your hot soup before adding in the mixture so the cream will not curdle. Boil for 4 min. 30 min before serving add in your chopped potatoes and cook till soft. Add vinegar to taste!
