Ingredients
1/4 cup (small container) Yogurt Labanita 1/2 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1/2 tbsp (6.5 gram)(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (dry)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a mason jar and shake.
Place jar in the refrigerator overnight
In the morning eat and enjoy
