Chicken Crust Margherita Pizza

8 oz Ground chicken1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated0.5 tsp Italian seasoning0.25 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)1.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk5.0 cherry Tomatoes, diced5.0 leaf Spinach, fresh
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Combine first four ingredients in medium-sized bowl. Form the chicken mixture into a thin, circular crust shape on parchment-lined, lightly greased baking sheet. Bake until golden, about 20 minutes. Top with sauce, cheese, tomatoes, and spinach. Bake until cheese is melted, about 7-10 minutes.
