Ingredients
4 cup, chopped Kale 12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 1tsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Salt Dash onion powderBlack pepper essential oil
Directions
Sautéed kale in olive oil, layer in 4 8-oz ramekins. Pour beaten eggs and spices on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until firm.
