Ingredients
227 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Bread, whole wheat (homemade slice) 1 cup Tomato Sauce 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 1 tbsp 1 tbsp great value grated parmesan cheese
Directions
combine, ground chicken, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup of tomato sauce, seasonings, and egg
spray glass baking round dish with olive oil spray
Place meatloaf mixture into dish
Pour the rest of the tomato sauce on top, then sprinkle parmesan cheese over the sauce.
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes
