Ingredients
4.5 serving 365 Organic Extra Firm Tofu (by VALFRATE78) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 serving Garlic, minced-Great Value brand Walmart 1 tsp (by MCKELFAM) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.25 tsp Seasoning, Tony Chachere's, The Original Creole Seasoning (1/4 tsp, 1g) (by SPARKYWATSON) 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 tsp Curry powder 1 serving 1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder (by ANEWAY) .25 tsp ground tumeric (by INSPIREDBYCHJ) .25 tsp McCORMICK CITRUS CHILI & GARLIC w/CHIA(CT)
Directions
1 block of tofu(cut into cubes) drain water and put in paper towel to remove remaining water.

Heat pan with oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until brown or to your taste.

Add tofu and remaining ingredients and cook on medium for 5-8 minutes.
