Chicken Breast, Skinless, Boneless (roasted) Olive Garden - Signature Italian dressing (or other)1 can Stewed Tomatoes
Marinate chicken in dressing for 20+ min. Take chicken out and reserve marinade.
Warm oil of choice in a skillet over med-high heat. Once warmed, add chicken and cook until no longer pink (approx 5-6 min). Turn occasionally.
Stir in marinade and tomatoes (with juice). Bring to boiling, then reduce to low heat and cover. Simmer 15-20 min, until chicken is approx 160 degrees F.
