strawberry and banana Smoothie Cake

For the cake:-Half a BananaHandful of strawberriesA plain low fat yogurt1 cup flour0.5 cup sugar 3 tablespoons margarine1 eggIcing:-3 tablespoons sour cream20g icing sugar1 tablespoon water
Blend, in a blender, the banana, strawberries and yogurt together. (note: I made extra here so i could drink a smoothie as i cooked and you can use any fruit you fancy).
Mix the egg, flour, sugar and margarine. Add the smoothie. (note: add the smoothie slowly)
Mix completely and pop in the oven at 220C for 30mins. done when you can stick a knife in it and it comes out clean.
As for the icing mix the icing sugar and water in to a paste, then add sour cream to taste.
I personnally think the sour cream icing is lovely but also works without.
