Keto Sausage Balls - Low Carb

2 large Eggs0.5 tsp Garlic powder 1 3/4 cup Almond Flour 12 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded32 oz Pork Sausage, Hot or Mild or a mix
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs and garlic powder until frothy, add in Almond Flour. Mix flour mixture into raw sausage until well combined. Add shredded cheese. I knead it in like kneading bread.
Use a baking sheet with sides; line the bottom with parchment paper. Make 1-2" in diameter balls with the meat mixture. Place about 1" apart on the pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping or hot sauce.
