Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Golden Ground Flaxseed Meal - 2 Tbsp (by AVENS18) 5 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 2 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) 6 tsp Baking Powder 3 large Egg white, fresh 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl.

In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form (1-2 minutes)
Add ACV and mix well
Fold into the dry ingredients. Add 1cup of hot water and mix until thoroughly blended.

Form into 5 balls on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds and salt (or optional herbs).

Bake @ 355 for 50 min.
