My Mom's Meatloaf

Ingredients
32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned .5 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup .25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 serving Egg - Large (1 egg) .75 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Dry Mustard (by DMCKEC)
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and shape into a loaf. Place into a greased baking dish. Top with Bacon. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
