Turkey, cream cheese on cucumber “sandwich”

Ingredients
0.4 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 1 serving KROGER PRIVATE SELECTION (3 Slices) Oven Roasted Turkey Breast 1.5 tbsp Cream Cheese .5 tsp Dill weed, dried
Directions
Slice ends off cucumber and cut into 4-5 inch sections. Slice sections into slabs.
Salt and pepper one side of each slab to taste.

ASSEMBLY:
Thinly spread a slab with cream cheese, sprinkle with dill, place some turkey on it, and cover with another slab.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
