Vegetable Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 cup Blackeye Pea (dried beans dry measurement) 5 medium Carrots, raw 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 8 serving Herb Ox Sodium Free Chicken Bouillon Instant Broth & Seasoning
Directions
Soak dried beans overnight.
Strain beans and discard water.
Place in large pot with all other ingredients.
Simmer 2 hours.
