Low Carb Mini Cheddar Meatloaves

Ingredients
32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck .25 cup Onions, dehydrated flakes 8 oz Cheddar Cheese 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup 6 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 1 tbsp Swerve
Directions
mix egg and onions together and let sit for 5-10 minutes, add cheese, salt, pepper to taste and mix through. Add beef and mix thoroughly. Create 16 egg size mini loaves. Mix together ketchup, mustard and swerve. Use half fo sauce to coat the loaves, reserve half and coat again about 15 minutes before completely done. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes, add additional sauce around 30-45 minute mark.
