Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

Ingredients
2/3 cup Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips1 stick Butter.5 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 tsp Salt 2 cups Almond Flour 1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener
Directions
Beat butter, then add in sweetener, vanilla and salt until well blended. Slowly add in almond flour and beat until texture is creamier/similar to cookie dough. Fold in chocolate chips. If needed, refrigerate for 5-10 min, then scoop into balls onto parchment paper. Refrigerate (if eating within 5-7 days) or freeze in an air tight container for up to one month.
