Ingredients
1 Deep Dish Pie Crust6 Slices Wright Thick Cut Bacon, chopped1/2 cup chopped Fresh Chives 1 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 4 large Eggs 8 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 1/4 cup 2% Milk 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F. Cook bacon slices on wax paper lined cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes, or until good and crispy. Drain and cool slices on paper towels. Meanwhile, prick pie crust with fork and bake for 10-15 minutes. This ensures that the crust doesn't turn out soggy. Bake until the bottom is just starting to turn golden and allow to cool slightly before adding ingredients. Chop chives and cooled bacon slices and combine with cheese in a medium bowl, set aside. In a medium owl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Add stuffing to cooled pie crust, spread evenly. Cover with egg mixture (may have some left over), and bake for 35-40 minutes. Middle should still be just a hair wiggly. Enjoy!
