Low Carb Fluff Pie

Ingredients
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1 small box Diet jello (serves 4--powder only) 8 oz Cream Cheese 1/2 cup Boiling water 1 Cup Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour1/4 stevia
Directions
Press almond flour into a pie pan to male your crust.

Next mix jello and boiling water and set aside.
Mix cream cheese, once soften add jello mixture. Next fold in the cold whip --do not whip. Fold gently. Pour into pie pan.

In a clean chilled bowl, beat heavy whipping cream and stevia until you have about 2 cups of whipping cream. Now pur over the top of the mixture in your pan. Chill for about 3 hours.
