450 gram(s) Beef, Ground (Maverick Ranch) Grass Fed 15% fat, 4oz=112g 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup Bread, Progresso Bread Crumbs, Garlic and Italian Herb 2 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 4 serving Mozzarella Pearls, Fresh, Bel Gioioso (11 balls, 2.5g each) 1 cup Sauce, Bertolli Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce 4 roll Arnold Steak Rolls
1. Preheat ovento 375 degrees
2. Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, ketchup, soy, oregano, salt and pepper and kneed into a ball. Add more breadcrumbs if too wet.
3. Form appx 12 equal patties
4. Put 3 mozzarella pearls in the center of each patty and roll into a ball
5. Cook meatballs for 20 min
6. Place 3 meatballs on each sub roll, top with 1/4c of tomato sauce,and place back in the oven for 5 min
Serving Size: Makes 4 subs
