Creamy Cheesy Chicken and Mushrooms

Ingredients
5.0 tbsp Butter, salted32.0 oz Cheddar Cheese1.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream2.0 cup Sour Cream12.0 tsp Garlic8.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh2.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw24.0 oz Farm Fresh Frozen Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts6.0 serving Bacon, Wright Smoked Bacon - 2 slices
Directions
Cook chicken in 1 tbsp butter with 3 tbsp garlic Place the rest of the butter in the crock pot on high. Put onion, mushrooms, and the remaining garlic into the crock pot. When chicken is cooked slice and add to the pot. Once the chicken and mushrooms have cooked add to cream, stir well. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until cheese is melted. Continue to cook for 1hr. Serve over broccoli or spinach. Serving Size: 28- 1 cup servings
