Garlic-Lover's Shrimp

Ingredients
1 Tbl olive oil.25 tsp crushed red pepper8 garlic cloves, minced1 bay leaf1 lb, 2 oz shrimp, peeled & deveined.25 tsp salt.5 c white cooking wine or chicken broth1 Tbl dried parsley (or 2 Tbl fresh).3333 tsp dried thyme (or .75 tsp fresh)
Directions
Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pepper, garlic, and bay leaf & saute 30 seconds. Add shrimp & salt and saute for 3 minutes. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside. Add wine, parsley and thyme, bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Return shrimp to pan and toss to coat. Discard bay leaf.
