Cauliflower Mix Slow Cook

Ingredients
13.5 oz Tofu, Extra Firm, Nasoya 3 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 6 serving Irish Potatoes, boiled (no salt no butter) 1 potato 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp Salt 2 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tbsp Basil .75 cup Brown Rice, long grain 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Start cooking rice. Cut up cauliflower and potatoes and add after rice cooked. Add tup of tofu cut up into small squares. Let it all simmer with added spices.
