2 oz double shot espresso 8 oz CALIFIA Farms Almond Milk (Unsweetened) .25 cup WestSoy Organic Unsweetened Soymilk (by OREGONFRIS)
Directions
add espresso to the almondmilk.
in a separate cup, use aerolatte to make foam out of the soy milk (high protein to fat ratio with little starch makes a foam).
add the espresso and almondmilk to the soy foam, tilting the cup and pouring it down the edge.
