1 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) 0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, sliced Onions, raw 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
Directions
add salt , black pepper, sugar and vinegar to sliced onions
mix all other ingredients
add onions and mix
