2 tbsp Chosen Foods Avocado Oil .5 stick Butter, unsalted 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers .75 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 6 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp Chili powder 1 serving Ancho Chili Powder (by SMARTIEBEE) 3 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder (by SMARTIEBEE) 6 tsp Seasoning, Cumin = 1 tsp (by 16HEATHER) 3 tsp Dried Oregano (by ARCTIC.ORCA) 2 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) 1 tsp Pepper, black 10 grams Bay Leaf 32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Garlic powder 4 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes 4 cup beef bone broth 150 grams Portabella Mushrooms
Pour Avocado Oil into a pot with onions and peppers and let them heat up and cook for a bit. In another skillet brown and drain the Beef. After Beef has been drained, pour all ingradients except the Bone Broth in together and still. Add Bone broth to get the consistency you like while stirring. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes while stirring then simmer for 35 minutes.
Top with Cheese, Sour cream and sliced Avocados.
