Tuna and White Bean Salad

Ingredients
5 oz Wild Planet- Wild Skipjack Light Tuna (by JUSTKLH) 2 cup Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans Bushs 4 cup Arugula 1 tbsp Chosen Foods Avocado Oil 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 1 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes
Directions
Mix oil and lemon juice and a little salt
Dress greens
Place half of greens on each salad plate
Drain and rinse beans and put half on each salad
drain tuna and flake into salads
top with halved cherry tomatoes

Serving Size: Makes two salads
