Ingredients
1.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin1.0 cup Blueberries, fresh1.0 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh1.5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw1.5 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled)3.0 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)1.5 oz (20 halves) Pecans0.33 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)1.0 tsp Ginger, ground1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Onion powder1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tbsp Agave Syrup - Blue Agave
Directions
Cook chicken until done, cube. Slice strawberries, celery, cucumber. Cut romaine. Dump all ingredients into a large bowl and toss. Serving Size: 1.5 cup servings total of 6 servings
